You agree to provide accurate and truthful inputs to ensure the intake summary is helpful for your personal appointment preparation. Because PreConsult operates under a zero data persistence architecture, you are responsible for saving or downloading your PDF summary before closing the session.
PreConsult is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of clinical questions.
